5. Adult Content Policy

🛡️ NSFW Content Protection System

Double Opt-In Protection:

Spinhub employs industry-leading protection measures:

  • All NSFW content is hidden by default for ALL users
  • Users must be logged in AND explicitly enable viewing
  • No accidental exposure to adult content possible
  • Clear warnings before enabling NSFW content
  • Re-confirmation required every 90 days

Creator Labeling Requirements - CRITICAL:

  • MUST accurately label all NSFW content
  • Mislabeling NSFW content as SFW is a SERIOUS VIOLATION
  • First offense: Warning and content correction
  • Second offense: 7-day suspension
  • Third offense: Permanent ban
  • No exceptions for "borderline" content - when in doubt, label as NSFW
